As we all take the recommended precautions and practice social distancing due to COVID19...our engagement, dialogue and creativity does not have to stop. Our exchange might be different and out of the comfort of being in the studio, but then again different is GOOD!
I’m passing along a video and a simple task that may spark some inspiration and at the same time give you a chance to be in your body in the comfort of your home. Lets be in conversation and embrace the down time with our minds and hearts and continue what we love to do.

MOVEMENT TASK INSTRUCTIONS:
#1. Write down 10 things you do in the first 2 hours of waking up.
#2. Create one gesture for each action.
#3. Blend the gestures together in order of activity 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
#4. Blend only the even numbers 2 4 6 8 10
#5. Blend only the odd numbers 1 3 5 7 9
#6. Blend the gestures in reverse order 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
#7. Choose sound and blend movement instructions 3 4 5 and 6
